These are stairs that I made on AutoCad with plain stringers. They are straight run stairs with 10 1/2" Treads, 7 1/4" Risers, and 1" Nosings.

-Used where little space is available
-Not very safe

Dutch Hip Roof
-Provides additional space in ceiling
-Additional leaks in hips and valleys









Aframe Style Roof
-Provides the roof and the wall
-Has many windows
















Gambrel Style Roof
-Looks like a barn roof
-Provides additional head room














Mansard Style Roof
-Unique, interesting lines
-Difficult to construct










Flat Style Roof
-Most economical roof to build
-Usually in warmer climates where little of no snow falls













Hip Style Roof
-Difficult to build
-Increases the chance for leaks












Gable Style Roof
-Provides ventilation
-Sheds water well

-Can be built on slopping lots
-Efficient use of space

-Requires less lot size

-One Story
